Master Cohost is run by Master Cohost Ltd. Our websites, booking platform and payments are run by Tech Equity Property Ltd, which lets its own property, Bristol Road Apartments in Gloucester, and built its booking website and long-stay channel there first. Now the same is offered to other owners.

Every fee is on the pricing page. If it is not listed, we do not charge it.

We publish numbers from booking data, and leave a figure out rather than round it up.
