Do I need your website to use Grow?
Yes. Grow measures and improves direct bookings, and that needs a booking site we can see into. The setup fee covers building it.
Will you post on my social accounts?
Not as part of Grow: social media is a separate service, agreed and priced with you. When we run it, we prepare posts for you to approve, and nothing is published to a third-party platform without a person signing it off.
How will I know it is working?
Every month you get a report with your statement: bookings by channel, your direct share and enquiries, each against the month before.
