Two Gloucester flats, booked direct
Our own two-bedroom apartments at 234 and 234a Bristol Road. They were listed on Airbnb only; we built them their own booking site, opened a long-stay channel for contractors and set up the operation we now sell.
Bristol Road, Gloucester. Tiers used: Direct, Grow, Managed.
Try the live booking siteBefore
- Two flats, each with its own Airbnb listing and nothing else
- Every booking paying the platform fee
- No way for a contractor's office to book against a purchase order
- Weekday and winter nights left empty
What we did
- Built bristolroadgloucester.co.uk on the booking engine every Direct client now gets
- Two-way calendar sync with both Airbnb listings, so a direct booking closes the dates everywhere
- Card payments with a refundable deposit, and a cancellation policy that mirrors the Airbnb listing
- A quote-and-invoice route for stays of 28 nights or more, and a published corporate rate card
- Contractor and corporate outreach from public contract awards and local employers, each message checked by a person
- A turnover checklist and an operations runbook, which became the Managed service
What an owner says
“Before Master Cohost, I was earning between £2,000 and £2,700 a month across two flats in Gloucester during the best summer months of June and July. After switching to Master Cohost, in the less favourable month of September, my income was about £1,000 more. I get a clear statement showing all the income and expenses, and all costs are discussed and agreed with me in advance.”
